In honor of I Love Horses Day, we wanted to share this photo blog with you! The horses here at Miraval continuously help our guests better understand themselves and help them make lasting life changes. I know we normally say "It's not about the Horse", but today it definitely is about the horse. Here are a few of the great memories we have made with our equine friends here at Miraval.
For thousands of years Native Americans have used their horses as the backdrop for their stories. With the side of the horse as their canvas, indigenous people shared their stories of triumph, loss and life with the stroke of a brush. Here at Miraval we have created a special class that allows our guests the same outlet.
Miraval is a great place for couples to getaway and take time out of their busy schedules to reconnect. From challenge activities to exclusive spa services, Miraval provides the supportive environment for quality time with your loved one. Here's some of our favorite activities for couples to explore together.

One of our recent guests Christine Hassler shared her experience with Wyatt Webb in her video blog. As many of you know, "It's Not About the Horse with Wyatt Webb" is a unique experience where Miraval guests must communicate clearly and show their authentic selves by working with horses at our Purple Sage Ranch as energetic mirrors of themselves. Self-discovery is inevitable when you let down your guard and let your true feelings shine.
We encourage you to watch this video blog where Christine shares about her experience in detail. We hope to see you at Miraval soon!
