Seasonal Yoga Retreat with Julie Cielo

August 18-23, 2013

As the seasons change, so do we. Early cultures instinctively felt the natural rhythms and couldn't perceive a separation between self & nature. In our modern world, we have disconnected from these natural cycles of "being" and fallen out of tune with our organic pulse. Indian Summer is a special time of year at the end of summer and before Autumn. It is a period of preparation and readiness for the year's work. Join Yoga Therapist, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and creator of the Lifestyle Movement called "Seasonal Yin Yang Flow", Julie Cielo on this 5 day Seasonal Yoga Retreat where we will take a closer look into how we reflect nature and how to better align with the natural cycles of change to stay healthy through this transitional period through diet, movement, and lifestyle.

Julie will be leading daily yoga sessions in nature and offer you ways to better adjust to the outward focus of spring & summer into the inward focus of autumn & winter. Julie has been in the Health & Healing industry for nearly twenty years. She speaks nationally empowering individuals to be their own hero in this life and blogs about all things life affirming.

Her message is about embracing all parts of yourself and not looking up but looking IN. No experience necessary. This is an all levels experience. Julie's group style is heart based & alignment centered infusing the intelligence of Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, and manifestation philosophy into every session. She will be offering special private sessions only for group attendees, hosting a welcome party for the group the first evening, as well as incorporating surprise gifts, suggestions, and support throughout.

This is Julie's 12th year aligning her unique brand offering with Miraval. We are so excited to have her back! Sign up today to experience why.
