Julie will be leading daily yoga sessions in nature and offer you ways to better adjust to the outward focus of spring & summer into the inward focus of autumn & winter. Julie has been in the Health & Healing industry for nearly twenty years. She speaks nationally empowering individuals to be their own hero in this life and blogs about all things life affirming.
Her message is about embracing all parts of yourself and not looking up but looking IN. No experience necessary. This is an all levels experience. Julie's group style is heart based & alignment centered infusing the intelligence of Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, and manifestation philosophy into every session.
