Himalayan Sound Bath with Pam Lancaster $95
Join Master Healer Pam Lancaster in this groundbreaking sound therapy session. Tune your body into its natural state and create balance emotionally, mentally, and physically as the sound from these ancient healing bowls radiates profoundly through the water. This experience will increase mental clarity, relieve stress, and decrease anxiety as you float effortlessly in the warm water of our therapeutic pool and surrender to the healing vibrations. You will feel more grounded and connected to the world around you.
An Unforgettable Canvas $75
In this all new experience, you will tap into your creative spirit by using the side of a horse (that’s right, a horse!) as your canvas to paint. While horses have been the subject of art for thousands of years, Native Americans were some of the first people to create art with their horses and expressed themselves on the canvas of the horse. Today we will be doing the same. You will choose a horse and have the opportunity to tell your story in symbols on the horse’s side. We use a living, breathing canvas to remind us to stay present and grounded in our story telling. Horses are ever present beings. They live in the here and now. Your stories may contain pieces of your past and hopes for your future but let the horses serve as a reminder that nothing is as sweet as the present. Please wear sturdy closed toed shoes, bring a hat, sunscreen, water bottle, and note that this can be a messy experience with paint and water.

Capture Your Miraval Journey
Beauty lies within our true selves yet many of us have shut down our own beauty and closed off our relationship with the self. Beauty is not defined by how we look; instead, beauty is a more sophisticated description of someone’s essence. In this session you will work with renowned photographer, Marion Kaufer, to reconnect with your inner beauty. Her genuine love for photography and open spirit make her the perfect partner to bring out your confidence and create a supportive and fun environment for a photo shoot. You will go home with a professional 8x10 photo of yourself and the ability to see yourself differently!

Soul Song Healing & Insights with Tejpal and Carroll
Join Brennan Healing Practitioner Tejpal along with intuitive harpist Dr. Carrol McLaughlin for a transformative experience. In this session, Tejpal and Dr. McLaughlin will work in tandem to balance your energy and share insights about your gifts, your soul mission, and guidance for a more vibrant life. Each of us has a soul song that is uniquely ours; and, during this private session, Dr. McLaughlin will channel and play your unique soul song on a harp. Your soul song is a melody that helps you clear, heal and realign your mind, body and spirit. You will come away with a USB drive with your soul song to listen to any time you want to feel centered or inspired.
Ready, Set, Cook! $150
Executive Chef Justin will take you through a culinary challenge. You will be given a surprise basket of ingredients and with Justin by your side to guide you, you will create a starter or an entrée. At the end you will present your plate for judging and a winner will be selected! Minimum 3 guests.
Core Glide Extreme $45 RC
The days of traditional strength training are numbered and Miraval is once again on the cutting-edge of wellness with the introduction of this all new fitness experience. Using your body weight and a small rolling platform, you will become reacquainted with muscles that have been lying dormant. You will build strength in this challenging total body workout.
