Retail Sales Lead - Part Time
Miraval Resort & Spa is currently hiring for a part-time Retail Sales Lead to work in our retail boutique. Ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales, possess exceptional customer service skills and incorporate excellent communication and selling ability into their guest interactions. The Retail Sales Lead will oversee the Retail Sales Agents in all day to day responsibilities. Must have prior retail sales in a leadership role. This position will be expected to generate revenues by maximizing sales opportunities, respond to daily email and voice mail and write-up phone and web orders. Ship guest purchases, phone and web orders. Receive, price and stock merchandise. Keep displays clean, stocked and organized and rotate stock on shelves. Complete special projects as assigned. May be required to perform opening and closing duties. Hours for this position may vary based upon business needs. Ideal candidate will have retail experience in the beauty/cosmetic industry. Must be able to communicate verbally, in writing and electronically in English and understand verbal and written instructions and directions. This position will be required to stand and walk 95% of the day, reach, bend, twist, carry, push and pull. Requires use of arms, wrists and hands on a daily basis. Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
