Retail Warehouse Clerk - Part Time
Miraval is currently hiring for a part time Retail Warehouse Clerk to work in our retail boutique warehouse. This person will report directly to the Retail Manager.
Position Description:
- Receive, check-in and stock daily shipments for the retail outlet
- Unpack, price, tag and prepare items for placement in retail outlet
- Enter items into inventory system per SOP
- Transport and place new items in retail outlet
- Track and code invoices, returns and statements
- Experience shipping out and receiving in merchandise
- Receive and process all phone orders
- Ship guest purchases, phone and web orders
- Check and respond daily to voice mail and email
- Change displays as needed with new merchandise and keep displays clean
- Stock, organize and rotate stock
- May also work in the retail outlet as needed
- Special projects as needed
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least 2 years of direct inventory processing experience
- Shipping and receiving experience using UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and electronic
- Organized
- Excellent math skills
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Requires lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, stooping, reaching
- Manual dexterity necessary using fingers, hands and arms
- This position will be standing and walking 75% of the day
- This position will be sitting approximately 25% of the day
