JOB SUMMARY: The Villas Concierge is responsible for maintaining and creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. This position is in front of our guests 100% of the time and will be assisting with guest questions both in person and on the phone. Must be able to work independently and use good judgment. The Villas Concierge will be assisting luxury resort guests with diverse requests and will be the point of contact throughout their stay. Must be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple duties simultaneously while at the same time attending to guests needs and delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of luxury resort guest service, reservations and/or Concierge experience; have excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills, service and computer skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings and weekends. This is a full time/salaried position.
