Purple Sage Equine Meditation

$75 | Explore this unique meditation experience that will allow your active mind to settle inward and unite with your body. Engage with a horse while exploring the seven tenets of mindfulness. Through a combination of seated meditation both on the ground and on the horse, we will explore the benefits of connection, balance, and mindfulness. Wear closed-toe, sturdy shoes, comfortable long pants and sunscreen. Remember your Miraval water bottle!

Dance of Gratitude

More than just a workout, the Dance of Gratitude is a holistic fitness practice exploring the connection between body, mind, and spirit, to promote one’s overall health, happiness, and joy. The Dance of Gratitude is a fun, energetic, and uplifting class, adaptable to all skill levels and individual needs. This non-impact dance is intended to cultivate positive emotions like joy, love, and contentment which can lead to positive cycles of thinking and behaving. Step into your own joyful journey, and positively shape the way you feel, look, think, and live. This class is performed barefoot.

For most, exercise comes with a certain sense of urgency or a desire for quick results. This mindset can create obstacles that prevent us from enjoying exercise or exercising all together. In this lecture, Andrew Wolf teaches you how to let striving for instant physical change go and instead, bask in the incremental developments your body is capable of making. Learn how to unleash the power of the mind body connection and embrace your true intentions to energize your fitness routine with a sense of renewal, gratitude and joy.

The Path to Gratitude

Explore the powerful benefits of living with gratitude, synthesized with the creative expression of journaling. By taking a moment to pause thought, observe feelings, and chronicle observations, we begin to notice what surrounds us, what is inside the self, and in the present moment. A journaling practice can help us perceive our awareness and enhance a gratitude practice by anchoring thoughts and feelings to paper, and creating a roadmap for reflection. Please bring a notebook to this workshop as we embark on a journaling journey.
