Authentic Circle is our way of thanking loyal guests. Being a member of this program offers you more to look forward to with every stay. All of us at Miraval are dedicated to making your experience infinitely rewarding and exactly as you want it to be by doing what we do best: taking care of every detail and desire during your visit. We have created the Authentic Circle to include a myriad of benefits that evolve and change, mirroring your feedback and our evolution year to year.
Not a member? You become a member on your 4th stay at Miraval and start receiving Authentic Circle benefits at that time!
How to Qualify
A member of Authentic Circle is: a Miraval guest who has enjoyed at least 4 qualifying stays or is a Miraval Villa owner.
Member Benefits Terms & Conditions
1 Discount valid for inclusive packages only and may not be combined with promotional offers or packages. Exclusive offers and event invitations are communicated primarily via email as well as showcased at www.miravalresorts.com/packages. Member contact information may be updated by calling a Miraval Advisor at 877.746.9050.
2 Based on availability and selection at the time of check-in and may not be returned in the gift shop.
3 Retail discount may not be applicable to all items, such as jewelry, art and trunk show offerings. Ask a retail associate for details.
4 On-line store discount may not be applicable to all items such as gift certificate or phone-call sessions with specialists purchases. For discount code, please call Miraval Reservations department at 877.746.9050.
5 Resort credits may not be used towards retail purchases, room package, day spas, alcohol, room service delivery, shipping, transportation, laundry or other incidentals.
6 24 hour notice is required and items will be returned the same day if request is made between 8 am to 6 pm. Service includes wash & fold only, no dry cleaning. Does not apply to Villa owners.
7 Paid stays must be reserved under the Authentic Circle Member's name to qualify. One complimentary inclusive night is based on a deluxe room and may not be combined with promotional offers and is not transferrable to other guests. Complimentary night expires one year after check-out of the 7th paid night and has no cash value. Exclusive Resort stays do not qualify towards a complimentary stay.
Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
The Miraval Authentic Circle Program membership and benefits are offered at the discretion of Miraval Resort & Spa and their affiliate companies. Miraval Resort & Spa and its partners have the right to change, limit or cancel Program rules, regulations, rewards and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of earned stays or the ability to use accumulated stays to achieve certain benefits. Authentic Circle benefits are based upon availability and date restrictions apply.
Miraval and its partners may, among other things: a) increase or decrease the number of stays required to achieve a certain membership level or add a minimum room night component to each stay; b) withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward; c) add blackout dates, limit room availability for any reward or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards; d) change the Program benefits, partners, conditions of the participation, rules of earning, redeeming or retaining qualifying measures, or rules governing the use of rewards: e) change or cancel its travel partner rewards. The accumulation of stays does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to Program benefits. In accumulating stays, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward level, tier or benefits associated with a particular tier. Employees of Miraval and its affiliates are ineligible to participate in the Program.
What consitutes is a Qualifying Stay?
Authentic Circle Membership is based on the total qualifying stays per guest at Miraval Resort & Spa. New members are added and club level adjustments are made to the program on an ongoing basis. A brochure about the program will be sent out within 45 days for any new member addition. Member benefits are to be consumed per stay and cannot be transferred to another guest. Qualifying stays are based on group, promotional or rack rates. Complimentary & discount stays such as employee, friends & family, travel agent, media, industry and vendor stays plus Day Spa reservations do not apply towards total stays.
