Step out of your comfort zone on our challenge course or enjoy the beauty of the Sonoran desert during a morning hike or mountain bike ride.
The all-levels climbing class begins with the basics for those new to the sport, and continues to build on skills learned by exploring climbing technique for those with previous experience. From here the focus can shift to movement, footwork and body positioning while integrating breathing, trust, flexibility, balance and fun. All climbers from beginner to advanced will take away a clearer understanding of equipment, knots, and belaying.
The climbing wall is outdoors, so choose weather-appropriate clothing that is comfortable but not too baggy. Wear closed toe shoes for hiking out to the wall; we will provide proper climbing shoes at the wall. Don't forget your Miraval water bottle!
