He has shared wisdom and inspiration in elementary schools, substance abuse recovery centers, and HIV/AIDS Groups across the nation.
Tony Redhouse offers several engaging programs that allow you to get in touch with your spirituality through yoga and Native American Meditation & Healing, or channel your primitive spirit in a Drumming class. Each one of these offerings will take you on a journey toward living and feeling better.
Native American Yoga (all-levels) is a unique creation of Tony Redhouse, and blends the East Indian practice of Hatha Yoga with traditional themes of Native American spirituality. Tony, a Native American Traditional Consultant and professional musician, leads the class with a Miraval yoga instructor. This healing ceremony guides your physical movements with yoga while Tony guides your sensory experience with his voice and live meditative music. By incorporating the Native American concept of The Four Directions, this class will take you through a journey of your life cycle and help you feel renewed and reconnected.
In traditional Native American communities, Native American Talking Circle members would assemble in a circle to discuss issues affecting the tribe. The eagle feather would be passed to each person allowing them to share their thoughts and ideas while the others respectfully listen. At Miraval, this group is a way to practice balancing the skills of talking and listening. Each participant will have the opportunity to hold the eagle feather and express their hopes and thoughts about their life in this non-judgmental and healing environment.
