Miracles happen at Miraval. Miracles such as reduction of stress, true rest, weight loss, recovering from grief to happiness, learning to meditate, challenge yourself, exercise and get healthy or just RELAX from a stressful existence. Miraval one of my top choices of places to go when I travel. The food is healthy but absolutely 5 star - thanks to Chad the Executive Chef and Justin the Sous Chef. The programs offered are top notch and so pertinent to today's world. The staff is warm and friendly, very professional and competent. The Spa is first rate with exceptional treatments - thanks to Simon the Spa Manager and all of his most excellent staff! I have been coming to Miraval since shortly after it opened, and while it has always been very good, it has REALLY gone to the top level (5 stars) under the very capable direction and excellent vision of Michael Tompkins its General Manager and President. - Linda B, Trip Advisor

Miraval is Nirvana

To put it simply, Miraval is nirvana! This visit was my 4th time in the past 5 years and once again, I had an amazing experience and vacation. The moment you set foot on the grounds, you feel calm, peaceful, happy, and capable of letting go of day to day stress. The resort is beautiful, food is outstanding, and the staff are the most considerate and attentive of anywhere I've ever been. I am addicted to the spa - it's the best! A Magical Place
