Miraval Outback Hike - Level A

$15 RC | Start each day with a hike designed for all levels of ability. Explore meandering trails across rolling hills, with occasional brief, steeper sections, and overall gentle elevation gain of 200-300 ft. with distances of 3-5 miles. These hikes are a great introduction to the local Sonoran Desert environment. 2 hours total time.

Giant's Ladder

$35 RC | Progress on Giant's Ladder requires teamwork and trust. You are challenged to let go of control, accept help, and offer support to others. Giant's Ladder requires continued problem solving, which encourages open, flexible communication and thinking beyond the apparent options. Because the activity is strenuous, groups often decide to stop partway up the ladder. This adds an element of patience and redefining what it means to succeed. Giant's Ladder is a great event for those who want to practice teamwork and moment-to-moment living. Integrate the importance of trust, balance, and cooperation as you climb a 40-foot ladder.

* Wear closed toed sturdy shoes, preferably sneakers. You will be harnessed during this challenge, so carefully consider your choice of pants, comfortable yoga pants or longer shorts are desirable rather than heavier options like jeans. Don’t forget your Miraval water bottle!

$35 RC | The physical structure of Why High parallels personal and professional relationships, in that you begin by walking alone but join another person along the way. Once together, you must explore communication and compromise to keep moving forward. Why High encourages you to examine your assumptions and remain open to new ideas because, as in life, there are many ways to solve a problem. The event also facilitates relationship strengthening and teambuilding. Expand your comfort zone as you traverse cables 30-feet high, first on your own and then with a partner.
