Pre-Arrival Information

When and How to Book Spa Treatments and Private Sessions

Miraval recommends that you reserve appointments at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance of your stay. Spa treatments and private consultations may be requested online or by calling your Miraval Advisor at 800.232.3969. In addition to booking appointments, your Miraval Advisor can make recommendations based on specific needs or answer questions regarding any treatment or consultation.

Our Miraval Advisors are available to answer all your questions. You can reach them by phone at 800.232.3969 Monday-Friday from 7am-6pm and Saturday-Sunday from 8am - 4pm. Note: These hours are based on Arizona time. You can also reach them via email at reservations@miravalresorts.com

Airport Transportation

Miraval provides complimentary transportation between the property and the Tucson International Airport (approximately 50 minutes). Arrival information must be provided to Guest Services no later than 72 hours prior to arrival. The last complimentary shuttle of the day departs the resort property at 2pm each day.

Payment and Cancellation Procedures

To receive a full refund, notice of cancellation must be received no later than 10 days prior to reservations. Within 10 days, deposit will be held as a full credit towards a future stay within the next 6 months. Special events, workshops and groups may have different cancellation policies
