Diana Bellofatto
Diana Bellofatto is a Kripalu-certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic consultant, and functional movement specialist. Inspired by training under Ayurvedic chef Michele Schulz, she blends nutritious, delicious food with constitution-specific yoga. Since 2000, she has studied with leading Ayurvedic scholars, sharing her expertise through teaching, writing, and empowering others toward balanced, vibrant living.
