<p>John is a Texas native and certified sommelier with over 10 years of experience crafting award-winning wine menus and mixology programs for some of the best restaurants in San Antonio, TX. John trained along a James Beard finalist and is a certified specialist of spirits. His favorite cocktail creation is called the Martinez.</p>
