Here, eating well is not about denying yourself, but about slowing down and taking the time to enjoy and appreciate food—not just what it tastes like, but where it comes from and how it’s prepared.

Choose from a number of inspired options—whether in our restaurants, poolside, on a bench under cedar trees or in the comfort of your room. And don’t forget—at Miraval Resorts, food is intended to be an experience. We have a number of hands-on and hands-off culinary activities for you to explore.

Eat well morning, noon, and night

Hilltop Crossings Kitchen

Linger inside or luxuriate on the patio at our main restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overlooking Lake Travis, Hilltop Crossings is a space for guests to cross paths, connect, and share their love of food. Each dish harnesses the skills of our chefs and the knowledge of our Miraval nutritionists, so every choice is a healthy one.

Lunch | 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
Dinner | 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm (Kindly arrive within 10 minutes of your confirmed reservation. Last seating available at 8:45 pm)

The Nest

This is where you’ll stop to refresh between spa treatments and activities. By day, grab a delicious smoothie, a cookie, or a healthy snack. By night, linger in our lovely lounge, and perhaps indulge in our extensive wine menu and full bar.

Our state-of-the-art educational culinary facility is home to our signature hands-on culinary workshops, as well as special events and celebrations. Open and experiential, this special space allows you to learn alongside Miraval’s culinary team and understand the right tools and techniques to add flavor and texture to healthy meals. You’ll leave with new interests and insights that you can use in your own kitchen.
