Celebrate the flavors of the season with an elegant New England Seafood Wine Dinner hosted on the Rose Terrace.
In partnership with sommelier Dan Thomas of South Egremont Spirit Shoppe and M.S. Walker, this special evening features a thoughtfully curated three-course experience beginning with an amuse-bouche and starter, followed by a traditional New England Seafood Boil as the main entrée and a decadent dessert.
Five expertly selected wines accompany each course, while live music by Jon Berman sets the tone for an unforgettable summer evening in the Berkshires.
