I cannot express enough what a powerful relaxation experience I had. Everything is just the way it's meant to be! They serve you where you are, without pushing anything. I Definitely got what I paid for! The staff were extremely accommodating with my specific needs. Every single experience was top notch!! I wouldn't suggest leaving without trying the vibrational sound chamber and TRE. I'll definitely be back!

Miraval Berkshires is unique in that you don't have to go outside to go to the classes or spa. There's walkways connected from the main check-in area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are heavenly. So many activities to choose from on and off property. It is 70 minutes from Hartford airport but there is a complimentary shuttle. Also, it's a Hyatt property so you can use your points. If you get the chance to go, you should!
