I don’t usually give 5 ⭐️ reviews because everything has to be nearly perfect BUT for Miraval I think it is my favorite place on earth. To enjoy the beauty and serenity of Miraval you must be intentional and open to healing, relaxing, and/or connecting to yourself. The spa is top notch! The service providers / staff are so amazing. The food is healthy BUT delicious. The grounds are therapeutic. Whether it’s fitness, healing, relaxing or an adventure you’re seeking, it’s all there! I treat myself on a solo trip every year to Miraval Arizona and it is an amazing experience.

Such a stunning location, the no cell phone policy while having a medical device on my phone was a challenge and was spoken to a few times. I was there for work and just wish some places would realize that if someone is quiet off to the side around no one else it's not worth it to be rude when they don't have another option. Everything else was amazing. Shout out to Chris who did the 6am hike on 5.22.2025. He was knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole group laugh. It made the experience that much better!

We traveled to Miraval Arizona for a girls/mother-daughter weekend. It was truly one of the most relaxing, special, recharging resorts I have ever been to. The services offered and staff at Miraval are outstanding and I loved that they encourage you to disconnect to reconnect with yourself and others. We stayed for three days and I wish we had at least one more. I can't wait to go back. Be open to trying new things, you have no idea what you might discover about yourself or new things you enjoy.
