Golf at Miraval Berkshires
If your Miraval intention includes golf, you can do it the old-fashioned way: tee up and play a round or two. Or you can try something new.
Our Berkshires property is the only Miraval Resort to offer golf, and we’ve pioneered a quintessentially Miraval approach to the pastime. We call it mindful golf—and it might just change the way you look at your time on the links.

What Is Mindful Golf?
What does it mean to golf mindfully? It’s about patience and presence. About letting go when a shot doesn’t go as intended. At Miraval Berkshires, we encourage you to slow down and shift your mindset about the sport—and the way you play it. Our only-at-Miraval golf experiences will show you how.

Mindfulness in Golf
By John Scott Lewinski
“…Miraval Berkshires at Wyndhurst Golf & Club in Massachusetts leans into the new mental science of golf with its Journey to Mindfulness in Golf program. The seasonal offering teaches how to let go of bad shots, how to improve a player’s inner monologue, and how to use positive visualization.”
