Resort credits are applied to fee-based activities and spa treatments. They cannot be applied to retail purchases or alcohol. Resort credits are accrued nightly, and they rollover throughout your stay. However, any unused resort credits at the end of your stay are forfeited. The amount of resort credits you receive depends on the package that you book. Please reach out to an Experience Planner if you have any questions.
Package rates are exclusive of a 23% resort charge and applicable taxes of approximately 15%. Your resort charge includes access to over 120 weekly wellbeing offerings, full access to our 2 luxury pools, Body Mindfulness Center, and Wi-Fi. All fee-based classes, workshops, and programing will be taxed at 6%. Retail purchases, a la carte food and beverage purchases and other services scheduled in addition to what is included in your package are subject to applicable taxes.
Your safety is important to us. Miraval security staff routinely patrol the resort property. Should you have any concerns, please dial the resort operator. All Miraval staff are required to identify themselves by department name prior to entering a guest room. Please activate the deadbolt for maximum security and privacy. If you see or hear any suspicious activity, please report your observations to management. Do not leave valuables in your room. Place valuables in the provided room safe.
