Mindful Eating At Miraval Arizona

Culinary & Dining

Here, eating well is not about denying yourself, but about slowing down and taking the time to enjoy and appreciate food—not just what it tastes like, but where it comes from and how it’s prepared.

At Miraval Arizona, each overnight stay includes three healthful and delicious meals, unlimited fresh, made-to-order smoothies, and snacks throughout the day—from small bites to fine dining, the choices are endless.

Nourish Your Body, Mind, & Soul

Mindful Eating

Our signature restaurants create inventive, nutrient-dense, and balanced menus that elevate health and sustain the environment and farmers who provide for us. The food you’ll eat at Miraval Arizona celebrates the desert’s distinct tastes and textures, including fresh ingredients from our very own garden.

Choose from a number of inspired options—whether in our restaurants, poolside, on a bench under palm trees or in the comfort of your room.

Available, but not included

There are wellness resorts that don’t serve alcohol. We’re not one of them. At Miraval Resorts, we believe in moderation in all things. If your definition of wellness includes conscious consumption of alcohol, we welcome you to wind down the day with our signature mixology selections, Zero Proof Cocktails, or a glass of carefully curated wine—available in our Cactus Flower Restaurant,  Palm Court Café, Coyote Moon Bar & Lounge, Oasis Pool Bar, or in the comfort of your room. Please note that alcoholic beverages, Zero Proof Cocktails, and wine are not included in the cost of your stay, but you needn’t bring your wallet with you. Charges for alcohol and Zero Proof Cocktails will be added to your account for payment at check-out. Cheers!
