Coconut Almond Energy Bites

Prepare your pantry with healthy snacks for the whole family with our Coconut Almond Energy Bites recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 TB Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 2 cup Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Directions:

  1. Combine everything in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well coated, and the mixture holds shape when pressed into a ball.
  2. Scoop onto parchment and chill to set up.
