Coconut Almond Energy Bites
Prepare your pantry with healthy snacks for the whole family with our Coconut Almond Energy Bites recipe.
Ingredients:
- 4 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 cup Almond Butter
- 1 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 TB Vanilla Extract
- 2 cup Coconut Flakes
- 2 cup Bittersweet Chocolate
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions:
- Combine everything in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well coated, and the mixture holds shape when pressed into a ball.
- Scoop onto parchment and chill to set up.
