- 3 ounces toasted garbanzo beans
(toast in the oven until browned with salt & pepper)
- 1 ounce basil infused yogurt
(chop 1 cup fresh basil & 4 cups yogurts & mix well with salt & pepper to taste)
- 1 tbsp sambel oelek
- 1/4 fresh lime juice
- 1 cilantro sprig
- Mix garbanzos, sambal, lime and cilantro and serve over infused yogurt.
- Garnish with fresh basil and mint.
