Vegan Queso
This vegan queso is smooth, creamy, spicy, and savory! It is the perfect appetizer for dipping chips or vegetables into!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups butternut squash
- 1 ½ cups hulled hempseeds
- ¼ cup garlic
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ½ diced jalapeno
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¾ cup almond milk
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a vitamix or blender until smooth.
- Heat gently in saucepan until warmed through about 180F.
- Serve and enjoy!
