Vegan Queso

This vegan queso is smooth, creamy, spicy, and savory! It is the perfect appetizer for dipping chips or vegetables into!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butternut squash
  • 1 ½ cups hulled hempseeds
  • ¼ cup garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • ½ diced jalapeno
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¾ cup almond milk

Directions:

  • Step 1: Blend all ingredients in a vitamix or blender until smooth.
  • Step 2: Heat gently in saucepan until warmed through about 180F.
  • Step 3: Serve and enjoy!
